Welcome to the website of the Registered Opticians Association Texas’ statewide community service program. Our “Early Childhood Vision Screening” services are offered through partnering with service clubs and fraternal organizations of all types. Contact us if you’d like to schedule a screening in your area.   • Targeting preventable blindness in children.
  • 1 out of every 4 children has a vision issue.
  • 50% of children who have trouble learning can attribute it to some kind of vision problem.
